Shipping policy

At Cloby, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands

Processing time

  • Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM or during weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Please note: During busy periods, such as holidays or sale events, processing and delivery times may take slightly longer.

Shipping method

We ship orders via PostNL and DHL, depending on the destination country. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and will be calculated automatically during checkout before you complete your order. Shipping within The Netherlands is free.

Delivery area

We currently ship to EU countries only. 

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times:

  • The Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days
  • Belgium & Germany: 2 to 4 business days
  • Other EU countries: 3 to 7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.

Undeliverable packages

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or if it is not collected from a pick-up point, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, we can resend the order (shipping costs apply) or refund the purchase price excluding the original shipping costs.

Missing or delayed shipments

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking information first. If you still can’t locate your parcel, contact our customer service at service@cloby.com. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
